so i just got the 140 and was wondering if it'd be better to transform it or leave it alone i'm also only lvl 119 so it'll be a while till i can wear it

transform it. You'll probably have better luck spirit enhancing it with universal waters than trying to enhance it with lvl 140 waters

Only use shutara shop.And than go 12th division palace you can receive spirit water for aquaria set.

aquarius is, from my understanding, better than the pudo set, plus if you refine pudo set, I'm sure you can end up with full blaze set, or close to it
