Does 10% speed to ally mods stack?

Im speaking about Shinso Gin 7th mod + Oetsu 7th mod, do they stack?

At first i trought about gettin Senjumaru, but with recent multilation BS i trought about to grab Oetsu and start play dirty game.

Actually im only thinking about Oetsu cuz of bug, i dont like him as character. So in case they stop trippin and fix dat game - is is fully moded Oetsu much slower than Senju/Hiki or is difference insignificant?

Bug will be fixed soon.

Won't be too much slower but his damage is way higher + ignore invin mod so he can hit through Hiki.
