Who should i get from x-mas event (15-20k range)

I have 15k atm and it is so hard to pick from zero-div trio..

Currently i have: Shinso + Kirinji / Main + B.renji for pve and S.Kensei pvp / H.Ichigo/Stark and doing neverending farm for Noza. Im using Jizo/Kazekishi in pvp at the moment, but plan to get me either Muramasa or Zangetsu in future.

Im leaning towards Senju or Oetsu while having Kirinji as my fastest char for speed buff. The reason i dont want Hiki is because every second player i face uses her (fk the mainsteam ), but on other hand it is hard to understimate her not for invi, but for the 50% buff + fury deduct.

Can stacked Senju/Oetsu face a stacked Hiki on equal terms or are they not as useful? I need advice from somebody who tried em, i can also go for 20k pts characters like Isane/Koga if they can play out a better role.

Full moded senju should work pretty good as hiki counter (immune fury deduction, ignore invicibility and if she moves first she can give enough fury to kirinji so that he can also skill after kirio's skill) and she is naturally faster than kirio. For oetsu it would be hard though, he is slower than kirio and vulnerable to fury deduction. Well, you can hope that kirinji with speed aura will be faster than kirio and with skill he will give speed to oetsu so that he is also faster than kirio but that isn't best strategy. For me oetsu seems like good partner to buy if you already have kirio or senju and he isn't worth to buy before them. Also his downside is that he isn't useful in PvE. About those 20k pts characters, here I can say it only in theory but IMO koga's mutilate death mod should be beastly if you would combo it with stacked noza.

My plan was to bring Kirinji to maybe lv 30 exclusive, stack him with t12 maxed hogu + best agi stones i can get to make him skill first for speed buff. Then make second character dmg/defence stacked with highest exclusive level so he can survive 1 hit and 1 shot enemy team.

How is Senju faster than Kirinji? Kirinji has 15% agi + 10% speed from talent + 24% speed from stars. Senju has 18% agi talent + 20% speed from stars.

I was leaning mostly towards Senju, but i recently checked her bonds, i need all other zero-div partners. As for pve i dont care much, im doing almost 6-7% dmg to ES and ryoka to wave 70.

I've got 1250 to go for Noza, will take a while :/

never said that senju is naturally faster than kirinji but if you gonna stack her then she should be faster ( making her slower on purpose doesn't have too much sense for me). Also I think that it's better order when she moves before kirinji. About bonds, well I still hope that some day 0 division will appear in limited lease (or at least hikifune) IMO even without bonds senju is still better than rest of division 0.

IMO, Hiki is not for being a 2nd in the supporter line. She should be either T1 and first attacker or NEVER. Because she is slower and weaker than other Division 0 partners. If you have T1 Senju, Oetsu or Kirinji, Hiki is not a good option to hold the 2nd position.

If you really want Hikifune, you better stack her and make her T1. Otherwise go for Oetsu for better damage and speed aura. So you can have a faster Kirinji.

For a cheaper option, you can always have a red Kyoraku and stack+T1 on him. So you can have both invincibility and speed aura. His speed bond is also so easy. His damage wont be better than a stacked Division 0 partner, but still he can be a monster.
