still not getting rewards

ive completed the 60 day login task, an i hav not gotten anything for it. this is starting to get old. how can u charge money for a game that dont work.? now im getting fed up with this BS. im owed 100 hogu enhance talismans. being that everything about this game an its rewards has fuked me so far, im hoping for some hogu tals an some gold for the BS. since support does not exsist this is my only way to post anything or try to get the shit fixed. frankly im sorry i ever spent any money on this game, its a big joke that dont work an is totally based on fucking me the customer over. so TY for nothiing.

did u reach lvl 70 because 60 days reward is hogyoku hollow spirit and it is only use in hollow soul map

im level 64 and it said login for 60 days, not login an be level 70. even so, it dont explain why I DIDNT get them. i have things I cant use until level 80, yet im not getting my earned rewards, level 70 or not, that is BULLSHIT. further more, I would like to know how u contact support, or the techs, or anyone for that matter. ive never seen a more unorganized game in my life.

Actually i can contact with supports but it is about your ignorant because 60 days sign reward is hogyoku hollow spirit and you already get them.If u dont get them they are on your backpack also when u get lvl 70 you will see your extra 70 or 100 hogyoku spirits in your king of hollow souls also you have to defeat espada 4 to use them is it clear?

if u r talking about spirit... U WILL not get them if u didnt unlock king of hollow function, u will not get them if u open chest that has them in it,..... that is a bug but guess what lvlup faster lol

you get them when you open them in backpack you just will not be able to see them until you unlock hollow soul map
