You apply and wait for a guild to let you in.
most top guilds are full and have many people lined up to join and are only accepting players that are active and reputable.
Once you finish enough tasks you will get an icon for Guild, click it and browse the guilds available.
You need to get lvl. 26 and unlock the feature ''Guilds'' then click on it you'll get a list of guilds, find a nice a guild name and apply for it. You can apply for more if you want.
Once you progress far enough into the game (by doing the main quests), the faction pop-up will appear making you choose a faction before you go any farther. Once you choose a faction, you may join a guild that was created in your faction. That guild function should appear at the bottom right hand part of the game. There you can access the guilds and apply or create a new guild.
