Q about reincarnation effect

Can koga's death effect proc the reincarnation "clear enemy target's shield" ?
So in my example I have a naked Koga and the enemy has a Hashwalt; can Koga clear the shields just by dying ?

The RI bonus effect is a randomly activated effect that only happens when you attack.
It is a certain % of the time that it happens, but it is quite rare.
For me i'd say that the % is about 2-5% chance of the effect activating.

tl;dr
No, bonus effects never activate when you die, they only rarely activate when you attack.

Oh yea, the chance of the effect happening when you attack = "10% per lvl of RI. So if your koga is ri 4 then there is a 40% chance of it happening every time he attacks

lvl 4 reincarnation x 10% that gives 40% odds

if u hv problem with hasch he so tanky can reach 5.5m hp, u need debuff from bankai ken and hv high damage, thats the function new partner n zan to counter n to rob ur money

I know it can proc on attack but I was wondering if it does on death effectbtw my koga is reinc 3, even if naked, I use him sometimes in void reg :p

the percentage is so low to make a difference the 50% clear enemy shield wtf is that hasc or katens shields? anyways they should bump up the percentage to make it a difference the one i use and works the most is mix up the formation.
