About enchant stones effects

Hi guys, can I know which effect is more suitable for pve/pvp? Soul blade or ignore defense?

P.S.: I know this looks like a newbie question...

assaulters and supporters.
1-3-1 formation.

for the tank i use recovery(mainly for pvp, you can get incresed defense if you're getting hit too hard). for assaulters i'd get increased dmg %, or if you have a crit character get %crit dmg from gold enchant. for supports i'd go psyc so you can get the extra fury to help t1 easier to either t1 ur team with kisuke or cc the enemy team/ buff your own team
