it's like "should i buy a lottery ticket?",you might get something totaly worthless from that red stone,
but at the same time you can get the thing that you are looking for.
this is totaly up to you to decide whether you are ready to spend something in vain,or whether you are ready to hit the jackpot,hope it helped

1)starting fury +8
2)vampirism 5% of dmg dealt
3)+4% immune rate
4)immune from control +12%
5)ignore 6% enemy def
i'd recomend 1st if u miss some stones for your t1
2nd if you are running noza+hyorin(or not)/starkk/D.Ichi-or higher tier offensive vanguards
and 5th if you are having trouble against enemy's vanguard
others are not worth considering imo

don't bother imo, golden are better.

best enchants from red stones:
- Ignore Def
- Fury (only if you miss T1, ofc)
and eventually,
- Vampirism (for pvp and for hi-damage multi-enemies attacker)

others are useless imo
- immune rate is low and may not give you any help
- Immune from control is totally useless / most partners having this ability (skill or mod) already have 100% immune + stun tends to be replaced by chaos

TBH i would say it on your party and VIP status.

But the best thing on their has to be the Red reshi chests.With having the ability to upgrade at least one newly recruited partner and maximum of 3(if you count the 200 chests from both parts) straight to red is a great boost that goes very well with the lvl 12 hogu from the labor day event even if you are below lvl 80 it is good save up as red reshi is hard to get by for F2P so its very worth it red enchant on the other hand even if you do get them there is a chance thell give you something good or will be trash(seeing has Psychic has a super low chance of obtaining and others are kinda meh and depend on char role) and seeing as RR vs R enchant for a low VIP ill say Red reshi>>>>>>>Red enchant and 100RR chests>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>(Add a few million more lesser than)>>>>>>>>>>2 Red Enchant.

So yeah if you are low VIP or F2P go for red reshi chests if you arent honestly even then Red enchant isnt gonna be worth it 9/10 times if you are high VIP and have the chars needed just go for hogu enhance if you want.

How about Hogu enchance talismans? Solid pick in my opinion cuz they kinda hard to obtain
