Tournament of Throne

Server - 369 for the past 2 weeks iv been trying to enter the Tournament of Thrones but it refuses to let me join, although it will show me the results of the fights it will never actually submit my formation as it says it is. I have an estimated 2million bp including my Zanpakuto which iv been level 119 for most of the time (just hit 120 after this morning reset) which should have easily qualify me for the top 3 these past 3 tournaments, yet im simply not allowed to play in it. Why? Iv tryed submiting my formation 48 hours ahead, iv tried 10 hours ahead, and iv tried 10 minutes ahead, yet it never accepts my formation and refuses to let join.

this happens quite often indeed for some weird reasons ppl get out of ToT 1 week, then back the week after...
