Lucky slot machine sets

Hi all, can I know why the sets have been changed to lv90 sets? They were lv100 sets previously.

i got 2 lv 100 pices and now all we can get is lv 90 equipment.its pretty sad

2-3 lvl 90 pieces in one set of events don't sound bad either

i know that feeling lol. i have a spirit blade set i was working on and i for the life of me could not finish that set cause when i needed my last piece it went to the 100 set XD
