What can I do to speed up my lvl'in to 70, currently 60.

Also I have 700 refining pills. I was told to hold on to them for mutiples of 11.
Should I spend them?

ryoka gives the most exp with evil spirits as a second however it gives more silver. as for the pills its upto you either save them for every 11 levels or use them.

For the pills, you won't need much to get a major hit, the most I had to use is less than 20.

Get slaves.
Do all instaces.
Join events such ES and Ryokas.

Debuff from Protect Seireitei also helps you.
You also can get extra vit with few coupons and beauty games.

Joining Events would really help you a lot in terms of boosting your exp. especially Ryoka Attack and ES & others.
