You can see the VG TOshiro in EU's server or tomorrow on US. Reio Guardian event is back and Toshiro is kicking it off once more. SO far seems to be a carbon copy of the first one.

don't go for him if for the mods, its extremely tough and you need lots of fragments to complete even tier 1

It is not the mods. Just need a strong VG for a Hyorinmaru comp, and hes better then anyone except stark.

0 mod toshiro is better than a say 4-5 mod sajin?
i have them both, but i feel the defense of sajin is better.

but then i dt have or can afford a hyorinmaru, in that case isn't sajin a better tank? ( ihave been switching tosh and sajin, i like sajin in my formation now, dies slower in cultivation/espada fights compared to toshiro

Toshiro is better then Sajin WITH Hyorinmaru. Without Sajin with mods is better, Toshiro is better as a whole ( 0mod vs 0mod, or full mod vs full mod ).
