Ririn Chest Bug

I purchased enough gold to activate Ririn's Treasure Chest in the Kon's Treasure Box event (aka Make Money).
But the button to get the reward does not appear, like it has in the past.  If I had claimed it, then the typical "Already Claimed" message would be present.
However, it simply says "Congratulations" for activating it, but the Claim button is not there.
The screen shot also shows the date.  If this contuse to be problem I will post further screen shot showing the dates, sine I'm supposed to get 5 days of reward.
That's another thing, It activates rewards for 5 days, but event is only 4 days. So we all get screwed out of a day of rewards?  That's not right.  
We should still get it via in game mail if they don't want it to be there any more.

you activate that, wait till tomorrow if you dont get the rewards complain

I've activated this reward in the past so I know it should activate right after you meet the top off requirement.
Would love to hear from a Mod

Here is screen shot for 2nd day.  It is dated.  Still not able to get items.  I included a 2nd shot to show that I qualified on day 1 of event.
Since this isn't going to work for me for the 5 days, that means that I will not be getting :
1250 gold
50 Reiatsu Clutivating Pill
50 Lev 10 Silver Card
It really sucks because I need the gold for the coinciding Reio event.  I hope that GoGames gets this to me as I paid for this.  Plus 200 gold bug reporting reward.
