Looking for some Advice

Well, hello eveyr1. I would like some help with my next selections =)

I'm lvl 83, vip4, reiatsu 46. My current formation is : Momo-Rukia-Main-Ikkaku-Sajin and for ES/Ryoka Rukia-Kisuke-Renji-Main-Ikkaku. I'm thinking of getting Shin Grimmjow to replace Renji for events and Unohana + Barragan from Tavern 90. I already have 1k golden reishi so I think till 90 i ll be able to get 2k more.
So my question are :

1. Do you think grimmjow can take place instead of Kenpachi? I know he wont be as good, but at least to fill his shoes?

My rukia got 96 initial fury and I got 3.5k coupons and 500 red stars.

2. If I recruit Grimmjow, should I use my coupons to get her 100% for sure, or spend my stars and pray for psychic?

ps: I got that many coupons cause I was planning to save till 8k for Visored Event.

firstly, i wouldnt advise spending your stars just to get psychic while that extra 4 fury is nice, the chances of landing on it all depend on luck. Try to visit konso's as much as possible since you have a chance of the green enchant stone dropping from it, when you hit 100 that will change to blue enchant stones and the drops are affected by your level not the persons level of the konso you are visiting.

shin grimmjow is a purple partner but once upgraded to pantera grimmjow he'll change to being a gold partner. This alone is pretty good considering you can upgrade your treasures from purple to gold and then you'll only be limited on one of your partners (rukia) due to her being a purple partner.
