SAME AS REIATSU WOULD, IT JUST TAKES SHINO PILLS, YOU GET 3 FREE TRIES A DAY, OTHERWISE IT'S 10GOLD/COUPONS.

You have 6 tabs(?) for Physical Attack, Physical Defense, Kido Attack, Kido Defense, Speed & Hp.After clearing the 1. you get a little bonus like +30 Phys. Attack and can go to the next one.
Each day you have 3 free chances, every other costs you either 10 Gold/Coupon or a Shino Pill.
You get 10/200 ( for the first level) exp with each try, with a chance to get minor critical (10x) or major critical ( direct level up) hit.
After you clear all 6 tabs you advance to level 2 where you can again level up each tab.

Seems to be really hard to lvl an seems like we can't use silver

Yeah, unless they introduce a way to get Shino Pills except from spending gold on events it's really going to take a while to level those things. ^^

Just realized does extra stats apply to whole team or one character like hollow soul

That's the thing I'm not really sure about. It could be Main only or whole team but the first level gives not enough to see any real difference .

another thing: please dont say the event is going to disappear tomorrow?
i saw that shini academy on indo server, but the events are gone.
