momo vs jushiro

okay so i just got jushiro from the tavern, an i lvled him up to my lvl so him an my momo are same lvl now, but when i do the exhange all he has 2000 less bp then her, i even took both of them out of formation so they werent getting bonuses from that. Then did the exchange all again an he still has 2000 less bp then her, can someone tell me why?

all of that changes over when you do the exchange all

The hogyoku is bugged.  
When you refresh the game, the hogyoku's will remain on the hero that they were once on.
You must do it manually.

"exchange all" swaps only the spirit star stats and nothing else.

my bad, i was talking about exchanging all souls ie  "exchange souls" option

does you momo have any partner mod on her? even one tier gives more bp than base bp
