3x 120 level speed stones and 3x  11 level
still long way to stack him
only 2 bad things on yama is  150% attack to all enemies ......... and not red hogu
even stark has a 200% to all enemies .... lol  i just realizied this today

pretty sure hes refferin to semi-stackin yama instead of another partner as a facepalm worthy mistake

altho i totally agree with him in regards of stackin yama, i think he might be missin something, some folks who stacked yama, started from the get go when Soul culti and exclu were implemented so at that time stackin yama might have been a good ideea, but later on when tavern byak was made so frikkin op for a lousy tavern type/quality, for some it was mebbe allready late to swap to byak, or lacked the gold for inherits
i hated tavern byak with passion since i first unlocked him in tavern, but since exclu he became my favourite tavern even tho i dont use him in my form.  honestly imo the best thing about soul culti yama is hes lacerate and
fury restriction, but those two become quite useless, to say so, with the red upgrade option for all tavern.
even with hes agi increase mod, yama will fall behind most of tavern assaulters in terms of speed so hes debuffs wont help much unless non t1 vs non t1
