Lol in anniversary feast, you buy the stuff, refresh the shells on the left, and draw from them till you get them. You get 2x each. If you didn't do that, you wont get them.

Always visit forum first, type key words in search and find out what is it that you have to do. Especially when it comes to doing events with gold, topping up, claiming rewards etc.

You can always just bluntly ask and chances are 100% someone will provide you with a good advice or sufficient info
