Need help to counter H.I + HitsuGAYa

One dud in CSB probably won in a lottery and stacked up quite scary team. In short: I need suggestion on how to make H.I not to one-shot my team? Possibly in a cheap way.
Also would be great if somebody explained how:
1.) H.I's passive scale - does he reduce my def to 0% on round one or is it -25% every round until i get to 0%? If that Ichigo i faced is doing such dmg, how do people deal with stacked ones
2.) The most important - how does Hitsugaya skill work - sometime i can attack / sometime i cant do/get anything, not even regain HP from Unohana death.

I figured out that it has somenthing to do with being slower, so i manipulated with speed and won after ~10 tries thanks to lucky aid-rate and not being iced - yet i still do not know exactly how that ice work. the few ideas I've got that prob won't work as these are outdated partners and will be very hard to outspeed him...   
Shin Isshin's void MIGHT be able to stop HIV IF you can outspeed him...  unlikely
Shini Kensei MIGHT be able to affect one/both IF you can outspeed them... unlikely
Rajin could probably outspeed Ichi but I'm unsure if he can be Chaosed, if he can, this could help you a TON

if he's put as much money in the account as you think he has, his Toshi will be VERY hard/impossible to outspeed for quite a while, and if he keeps pumping cash in the account like he has been, he's gonna get max stones/hogus/treasures/everything very soon makeing you have to get a faster partner than Shin Toshi...  I don't think that partner has been released yet...

But to put a long story short...  if he's put enough cash into the account, you may have to settle for second or a small rgn win rate...

the enemy does not have a partner with the invisibility ignore, Shinigami Kensei death mod will help. You can try Shinigami Yoruichi(from karakura fest) as a free option (1 round).

Will Kensei's death invincibility trigger after Hitsugaya ice debuff? It could help, but only if it work at all because Unahana death heal doesnt trigger after it.

Death mod from zankpakto can be activated in my opinion

Unohana death skill works but toshiros ice prevents healing so you just don't get the heal

It's actually toshiro's mod for laceration.

Chaos and Invincibility are his biggest weaknesses.  If you can chaos him, he will probably wipe his whole team, since his talent makes his normal attack his special.  He can't hit through invincibility.

i knwo, i was just meaning that its not stopping the death mod, hes just making it so the heals are useless
