On refresh, some type of Clock event that lets you buy level 10, 11, and 12 stones. Best I can tell, you need to top up 3000, 4000, and 5000 to buy the corresponding packages for 4000, 5000, and 8000 gold.  4000 gold package has 2 specific level 10 stones. 5000 gold package has 2 level 11 stones. 8000 has 2 level 12 stones.

But mostly, the insane price drop on characters.

Haha. I thought it was, though I left the screenshot out on purpose. Back in MY day, we didn't have fancy level 10-12 stone events :-P.

Then again, we didn't have new characters at 4k turntable points either.

Damn thats unfair my server only have Ishida and Renji and they cost 14000/15000 points so 10000 points more at the least. Damn cheating unfair evil shitty server dying game.
