Rein %300 damage

Can someone show me how this rein pasive work ?
Cuz i will never get this one     (Tried almost 100 stone just for my isshin)

if you have this bonus the char will give 3xmore dmg than commun attack
this bonus work also on skill : you have 3% chances to deal 300% on each enemy

It's alot different than what I thought it meant to be lol

Really on the turn you attack, you deal 300% damage instead of the usual 100% or % you're supposed to hit with your skill

really you triple your attack power for that attack you're doing, so like you do 7mil damage normally with your skill? Well yippee with this reincarnation skill you deal 21mil damage instead if it activates

I believe there is rarity in these skills

similar to drops in evolution stages (both main and partner), the 'best' one are more rare to obtain

wait , but if i'm correct , it states it chance reincarnation times*3% .... so you  only have 3% chance of doing the 300% damge, the higher you reincarnate, the higher the percentage chance gets. If i understand correctly that is.

Yeah i know even 3 times rein %9 chance but still 7 million to 21 million ! Thats huge
