Cant Play?

Hi, I just created my account and want to play but i go to pick a server, pick the one i want to play and I get a black screen. The only thing showing is Kon with the message and when i click the X on it he goes to the bottom right corner and nothing lese but blackness

we have same problem .. the only thing i can see is kon and black screen .. they only told me to clear cache and try using other browser .. chrome wont work and use mozilla but it wont work

Maybe your browser's memory is full. Use CCleaner or similar program to remove that junk and then reload game.

lol that answer again i already did that cleaning browser .. and i even reinstall my browser still not working

Change browser use firefox or explorer. See if you have the latest Adobe flash installed

Same problem. Using updated Firefox, updated plugins, smooth running browser and computer. The player data loading initializes, but the bar doesn't even progress - it then disappears and the screen stays black, with Kon on the lower right corner, as andrew mentioned.

nightwolf thats not helping all that answers are already made and i know about technical issues about the browser i played a lot of browser games for almost 5 years  .. the one thats have something wrong is the game itself

temepestive did you log in your account on other ip address?
because when i did that ... this is what happens to my account turn to black screen and can only see kon

why i cannot see more server ?,I've entered but when he saw many servers there are always written logged in again
