Hello guys,it's been a while.... I'm just curious who is Usain Bolt in your team,and how fast is he/she? Shunsui Kyoraku has the highest speed in my team,he is near 390.000. Here is picture:

I had 341k on my Yama, but I advanced 4 parts of my equipment... and i don't have proof of his 341 speed.
So I guess I should count myself out of this thread.

If shinso counts, The faster is maxed while the lower is my basic setup with kirinji being max.

Though he is obtanable as vip0 I am not a vip0 player. Not sure if that is what you were asking.
But i am sure that you are just looking for the obtainable vip0 partners becuse you are no vip0 either.
You couldn't be with that equipment on yours.

What you see on picture is Cyclone set,i got it from event that gave prizes based on number of days you played the game...... and about my VIP level,here is proof.
