Her agil growth is pretty good for gold partner and she will wreck beast VG's with ease. The lowering of healing is a waste because hardly anyone heals. the wrecking of VG's is her best use. A good question is can she wreck Hells VG.
Anyone can wreck a team if they are built good. but she will be obsolete as far as trying to kill a whole team in the long run due to the low growth of wisdom and not being able to upgrade bought partners.

Her job is to kill the vanguard, so if that is why you want her she will help.  She is a strong partner, but she is limited by being gold and her Wisdom growth rate is a little low.  If she ever comes out in UBP, I will get her for my alt.  My main used to use her for dealing with stacked vanguards.  Since my team shifted to more assaulter focus for damage, I don't use her anymore.

Again, and like mayuri said, she will wreck VG's(ALWAYS AND FOREVER) since her skill is not based on stats or growth but on % instead. So a low lv player with her could wreck a high lv VG as long as she skills before she dies. That is her true potential.

VG HP 100k means 30k after round 1, VG HP 1bill means 300mill after round 1.

20k is still pretty high for her purchase.

You might as well get Nimaiya over Bankai Rukia if you plan on buying one or the other. Now if she's in UBP I would suggest snatch her up because she's worth getting for free.

Nimaiya is a red name so you can put red hogu on him. Plus his mutilate is a vanguard killer in itself. I don't know why they are the same price in Dominators when she's so outdated compared to him. But if you still want her for cosmetic purposes rent her for a day and then get her so she's already leveled.
