I tryed to pay with Visa but when it came up with an error i tryed again multiple times every time said it was an error (i tough it was my internet) but when i checked my bank ALL my money was gone, this happens on US S25 Rina Wataru (5 bucks), also on server EU S4 (40-30bucks) pls Give me back my money or my gold.
Got same problem. I think its some safety system. But that system suck. Because if u wont to buy exactly amount to get some VIP U need to do few payments. And there is a limit of pays per day/weak. So they should change that top up system for getting exacly amount to get specific lvl of vip. I think they can not change safety system because its not their own. I think we need to wait max 14 days. That is the time to confirm payments who does not been success. After that day you should get money back or get your gold in game. If not we should go police and report that. Then they will be definitely punished. I already done something like this on similar game portal and they must back me all without excuse.
