Looks like an old account, as he registered back in 2014. Don't laugh at his VIP8 status, time was tougher back then... We had it rough and make it through a better time now.
He probably wasted all the gold to upgrade his Hogu. Accessories were good back in the days, when Hiki and Tensa Zangetsu still amazing.

The stones are all packed up at tier 12 with little amount, probably from stacking Hiki + T1 and Demon Ichigo? Or simply just super stack Demon Ichigo, and T1 him. If someone stacked all the stuff on 1 partner, then I wouldn't be surprised that his BP is so low. But the stones are fuked... lol, almost leave nothing for poor Mugetsu and the supports.
