Yeah, that's what I read here. I expect beating some guys in CSB, that's why I recruited him and not Urahara or Ikkaku

he is NOT a mini hiki...  most of Hiki's glory IMO comes from her attack boost...
However that being said, good start on him for sure!!  I'm sure you will love him like most everyone else that got him I know!!

Well, for me, the signature feature of both is the invincibility, and that's why I recruited him. So, at least in PVP, is a Mini Hiki. And thanks, I'll probably stack him and then get Ikkaku or Byakuya, I'm not sure who should I get (Hirako, MC, Shin Isshin (rented), Kyoraku and Rukia - Kazeshini).

Unfortunately, my plans are ruined. He's blocking me in CSB and I can't do much for that.

don't forget about tavern Kiuske...  once he gets his 5th mod he T1s dirt cheap, and T1 is a game changer for realz
