Nope, its mostly US and India platform. Its rare to have some european countries that can use it!?

And you're from? I used that when i was in Canada but now when i am back to Eu i  cant.

If you use paypal and offgamers mode of topping up. You can buy mint cards
from offgamers and use payment well to do the 1usd top up, because payment well
uses mnt cards. It's another option
