I was under the impression of it being 12% of total HP...  as a TSI user this is what it feels like to me when it procs anyway...

if you already have TSI, and top up for gold to inheret him down at 80% when the time comes, I say stack him...  otherwise, you may want to go another route...  I love my TSI for sure, and he is an asset to me for sure...  but at this stage in the game, if I didn't have him, I wouldn't seek him out to build him up if that helps

Well, I got him from UBP. I'm F2P, so, no Top up. I tried but I'm from Syria. we cant get Credit or Paypal acc. but this is My team. tell ne what u think... Reiatsu lvl 102
