though my Server 89 Renji  ( if were talking Blue ( i'm partially color blind irl so) blue or purple renji) he's weaker, especially at level 93 with a lv 8 evolution, My level 104 Rangiku's battle power is at 15000 with kazeshini's help

Just because it is free doesn't mean it can't be good. That's the stupidest reasoning I've ever heard. Ichigio needs a huge buff. He should be made into the yellow character he is, rather than the piece of shit he currently is. In the Naruto version of this game, new players get Hinata on their 2nd day, and she is a pretty good tank.
