well, if you ask some very avid block tank fans... every mod should be swapped for block... but probs mods 3,4,5... maybe mod 1 as well if you want.

I learned to build a vang with my Noza...  change all his mods to block...  pick up Rez ulquorria and max that bond too...  if he's got less than 200% block rate, he needs more, period...

it looks like you are running a full Azure set on him, upgrade his sword and belt to Nether ASAP, you want to stagger the gear on him to get extra damage and immune rate vs more speed, speed is useless on him...

DO NOT MAKE HIM T1 UNLESS HE GETS HIS EXCLUSIVE SKILL, PERIOD!!!!!  his fossilize is his only weakness

make sure you have Hyorin's buff to him as that regen is very nice


also, hit rate really is a minor thing for Noza...  blocks don't miss, and 90% of your damage from him will be block damage

His ES is at lv 59 and ulq bond is at lvl 28
as far as his mods go its going to take time
I literally just transfered everything over yesturday from my godstark

Change all mods except the hp mod to block (try to get 10 or 11% in each).
Do his bonds.
Give him 4-2 gear for more immune rate and therefore more survivability.
