I haven't recruited anyone from the tavern in a while, just wondering if i recruit a lvl 90 tavern guy, what lvl does he come at? Main, 90, 1, or some other level?

kk and if I recruit, say, yama from KTS then get him from soul cult would he still be character le ...
if you have a rented partner, they come at your level... if a partner is rented (not even active, just in your roster) and you get them elsewhere permanent, they stay just like they were... same level, same evo, same mod, exclusive level, ect
