Hueco Mondo Treasure EVENT BUG

New event, Hueco Mondo Treasure, came last night. I set it for 10 hours of Hogu Enhance Talisman production, and chose "Claim Gold" at the end. I should have gotten 50+50 Hogu Enhance Talisman, and 1 Light Fragment and 1 Dark Fragment. It took the 9M silver and the 100 Gold, and gave NOTHING. Zero Hogu Enhance Talisman, Zero Light Fragment, Zero Dark Fragment. Help please.

It is a chance for double items.  The fragments should update when you close out of the event and open it again.

I restarted the game client, same result.
I got zero Hogu, not the 50 from Silver, nor the 50 from Gold. No Light or Dark Fragments either. It did take the 9M Silver and the 100 Gold, and gave back exactly nothing.

where do you get these 50x talisman from? are you sure you dont mean coupons?

You are going to face shame, fragments of light and darkness can only be obtained by playing on the second flap of the event, not the first flap.

No, you can gain 1 Dark and 1 light by claiming the prize with gold. Event is bugged, and won't be fixed.

to fadetoclarity: they will never give you 50 tailsman just like that. It must be what rythen points out. You misread coupon to hogu tailsman.

Yes *shame* I misread Coupons for Hogu Enhance Talismans.

I've switched to 10 hours of Exclusive Fragments and Almighty Fragment Modify Chests, and those both work fine.

Now that I understand that 100 Gold only gives "a chance" at 2xrewards and Light & Dark Fragments, I don't bother. I put in my 9M silver, wait 10 hours, and done. I have no idea what "a chance" even amounts to here. Could be 99%. Could be 0.000001%. Who knows? I spend my Gold where I know what it will actually do.

P.S. Sure they can give 50 Hogu Enhance Talisman "just like that", if "just like that" means 9M silver and a 10 hours wait during which the event ticks down. They are giving away 50 Almighty Fragment Modify Chests and 50 Exclusive Fragments, "just like that", for the same price.

Yeah but 1 hogu tailsman =/= 1 exclusive fragment =/= 1 fragments modify chest.

Hogu tailsman holds higher in value due to the fact that they are harder to obtain. 9M silver isn't much... seriously... the amount is too insignificant compare to 50 tailsman and give you a chance to get 100 tailsman just because you spend 100 gold? ummm not a chance. 50 or 100 tailsman can easily level up once or twice or more of your hogu power, depends on their tier. 9m silver is too little for that amount of power ups.

I agree 110% that 9M Silver is nothing. But 10 hours while the event ticks down is something. There are only a limited amount of opportunities. I've seen HET given away for nearly nothing in other events, such as the one where you top-up any amount, which unlocks a free box with 11 HET + other stuff, and a bunch of other boxes loaded with 11 HET + other stuff for super-cheap that you can click 3 times each, allowing you about 75 HET for under 1K Gold, for every day the event runs. I leveled up my Tier 12 Hogu to +10 using that event. Other events have HET discounts, but not nearly as generous. My only point, having nothing to do with  whether it should or should not be this way, is that based on past events, it's certainly possible and it wouldn't surprise me in the future. Keep in mind, these are all virtual goods, with zero real-world value, and GG can set any price and discount it deems fun and profitable, during events, or otherwise. Nothing will surprise me.
