PVE = Rukia by far
PVP = Momo

I'm kinda confused. owO
I like both Momo and Kuchiki.

I have enough purple souls required to recruit any of them.
I'm not sure which though.
Which one of them will be very useful? >w<

Rukia is more useful than MoMo.

Momo eventually falls off, because you can't get her Agi high enough for her to matter in lv80+ range, so she just dies to 1shot 10th skill in PvP, but Rukia is always useful for PvE.
So unless you want to put all your good agi gear on momo, which are relics, hogyo's and rings, just for her to hit first over your main, then she is useless, and if you do that, then other mains will just hit first and kill you anyhow.

My advice to you is, don't bother with Momo and just level rukia all the way, yes sure Momo will sometimes win PvP for you in lower level fights, but she'll get over her usefulness period pretty fast, and you'll end up with a half leveled rukia and momo, unless you use a lot of exp tomes on both.
