Is the 30% done as damage or just 30% less max hp.   So if a partner has 10m hp, do they start with max hp of 7m or do they have 7m/10m hp left with 3m damage taken.

I'm new to this forum, so please be gentle with me

I have roughly 24k gold now (so I need to top up no matter what...) and I want to buy Ryujin Jakka. Would you suggest to get it at the new event for 1000 points (?gold) or at Karakura Town Festival for 30k gold?

If you want RJ literally wait til Christmas. you can get it for like 20K then.
