I know they fucked up long time ago, but doesnt mean they can keep fucking up, and at least try to make things right. But I am sure Muken Aizen can crush Gerard, because he is my Aizen-sama.

They can still release weaker new partner for cheaper price like you said, to low to mid VIP can afford. They will still buy it, because it's cheaper, and more people can afford it. It's less expensive yes, but also much more affordable, so they should consider making weaker and inexpensive partners.

Also, they do make free partners, but just not as often. I hope they do tho... Just hope.

There were tons of event partners that didn't make money
but they were created anyway , so a few new red tavern partners won't hurt them... or hueco mundo upgrade at least they forced vip5,6 and 7 with it and it was worth for them .
