If you wanna make stuff for lower vip then the cost should be around 500-1000 gold max. You should really start considering that this game is not played only by well educated people with good jobs from western/northern europe/us etc with 2500+ euro/month salary...
Most players will be teens/university students with pocket money/part time job possibilities and not necessarily from these countries.
Just to give it some perspective, the price of newly released orange partner (40k gold) is only slightly less than average salary in my country which most people beyond capital city wont even reach. How many people from countries like mine do you think will pay even your suggested 6-8k gold which is on the low side for this game.
