Ok, here we go:

MERGE THE FUCKING OLD AND DEAD SERVERS ASAP! Delete the fake and ghost accounts and stop all your bullshit!
Then sell this game to somebody who really cares about it and can really handle math to set fair prices and make this game come alive.

Revamp pve,hueco mundo etc,revamp old events to give relevant stuff.or cycle in new one with grim mod soul etc u know stuff relevant. Put old lower teir event partners (VG Toshiro,Shnigami Kisuke etc)in tavern and/or higher teir (bankai urahara,etc in inferno maybe ,Merge old servers,inherit main,zan,mod soul(Both)etc.upgrade max level,maybe be able to take out main or rechoose with maye(to be fair)a reincarnation took etc,reprice things with a proper scale ,more ways to get asuachi since u up'd the amount needed..make swp and others able to switch teirs like tavern(including swp),need inherit main reincarnation also..and more confirmation before taking gold u know the fail safe "U SURE?" Lol..

how about choosing the reward we want after each kill in ryokas before the start of ryokas... that would be fun coz we can choose i want silver only for every kill or like strength spirit stones only...

what do u guys think?
