Regarding the quantity of zans proposed in this game, it seems logical to see maybe the 4th best zan released 10K higher, red partner wised i guess u'd say a bankai urahara

it'll be a new reference for any vit staker now : u wanna get UBP for free, save 12K before min.

Also people seems to forget that UBP rotation was once a 3 month deal, so imagine u had to wait for 6 months if u didnt save up or the partner wich came wasnt what u're looking for...

but the whole POINT of UBP is to give out outdated stuff for free to F2P players so that they can at least partially catch up. If you don't like what they give out for free, then don't participate in UBP (which I assume you already don't.)

f2p getting ultimate gear, lvl 120 accessories, muken (top 2 best assaulter in game), kyoka suigetsu (top 2 best zanpaktu in game), t12 hogus from visored and other shit AND STILL want more.
