Which is how UBP used to be. I'm VIP10 and think it's a little ridiculous how many times Tensa has been in UBP. A brand new partner/zanpakuto in UBP would make the F2P lose their minds and renew interest for the event among high VIPs.

Ridiculous how many times Tensa was on UBP?? uh.. 2 times. comparable to some of the other repeated. mmm (note Zangetsu came out 3 times)

You're also forgetting that Tensa is the most balanced zanpakuto out there and, is still a top zanpakuto to have if you can't afford those better than Tensa. So yes, it's actually good that Tensa was in the UBP again for those who missed him the first time around.
