i have 20K vit saved... hope yhwach is for 40K so that i can have enough for next UBP too

doubt it. it's gona stay 50k untill it's raised to 60.

Ooh I get it, the "rate" part in the description is a bit confusing, but it clearly gives ATK and not DMG, with those two mods he sees his physical attack boosted by over 27%.
