Can F2P or VIP 1 get shinigami yoruichi and or Hyourinmaru/Senbonzakura zanpak.

Can F2P or VIP 1 players attain Hyourinmaru/Senbonzakura Zanpakutos and/or get Shinigami Yoruichi? If not what is the minimum VIP for each? I don't fully understand how UBP works in this game, nor how some people can obtain the reward of UBP so an explanation is welcomed. I heard UBP can allow F2P or VIP 1 players to get some event characters, but I had a rough time trying to get Ishin Kurosaki so that's why I'm asking.

Yes low vip/f2p can obtain such things if they are presented in UBP event, there is no restriction. You just need to save up high amount of vitality(around 10k to be save) through beauty games, party at home, seireitei restaurant or buy it with coupons because you will not receive vitality over time if you are over the cap.

if you start saving now(you would need to avoid doing trials as they cost 9 vitality), you can earn around
-20+20 from seretei restaurent
- partying chances based on the gf level eg if akisa then 6 times ie 6x6=36

since you wont be spending coupons you wont be buying vitality , if u r vip 1 can buy 2 times , each 30 vitality for 20g/coupons, so if you spend 40 coupons daily you get 60 vitality

so that would be around 100 vit per day that you can save(the minimum amount ie), so 3000 per month and 12k-15k in 4-5 months, so you can just save vitality and wait for ubp in 4-5 months, its a good investment if you have the patience to do it.
