Put short Terms for you since most ain't telling you right. Rukia is good for PvE and PvP but only if you are P2P aka Pay to Play. Momo is good to help stun assaulter along being great for F2P aka Free 2 play, She ok in PvE areas because of doing damage. Lisa is good for attacking Assaulter along being great for F2P. If you can't get Spirit Stones like person that can buy gold then best choice is Lisa or Momo. I do say go with Lisa easier to hand if you don't buy gold. If you do buy gold then Rukia is best choice. I'm currently rank 16 in arena, I stay around top 10 in Guild Wars, and Top 4 Evil Spirit. Along with 5th to 8th in Ryoka attacks I'm VIP3. I have 160k bp I run formation of 2-2-1 for pvp and most times for pve 2-3. I have Rukia-Momo-Matsumoto-Main-Yachiru pvp and Rukia-Momo-Matsumoto-Renji-Main pve. So I say Lisa or Momo if your F2P and Rukia if your P2P since get fury stones from LVL4 Spirit Stone Packages.

PVP momo but prepare a good set of agility stones, she needs to be as fast as your main ( or the fastest partner you have), when she stuns the assaulter ennemy he's done, to maximize her talent prepare also a set of crtitical stones so she can triger her ability more often

PvE rukia, momo and her skill are useless such as inoue (ryoka and evil) you'll definitly need rukia in long term if you want to refill the fury of your assaulters, urahahra comes to lvl80 their is the perfect match for pve suporters

Momo Hinamori is suited in PVP where it gives you chance to stun opponent assaulters which you can gain a big advantage in battle. You have to equip Momo though with a lot of agility stats. to further to fully utilize her ability in battle.

Get momo to control ur rank in arena and helps sometimes in pve events(not daily activities) and then get rukia to boost damage output and silver income for 2 daily events (Evil Spirit and Ryoka Attack)

Rukia makes your assaulters a little better, while momo makes your enemy assaulters much worse. It all depends on your team, but if your not very strong and looking for some quick improvement in the pvp arena, than go momo. Rukia is a better long term investment though.

Rukia because there's a way to counter Momo's stuns. Rukia, on the other hand, can make you use your special skill a turn earlier, and if you want to be the type to focus on attacking the assaulters, it's a great advantage to have.

Eh it is? I was just scrolling down the threads HAHAHAHAHA And well, I wasn't here a year ago xD
