I'm 159, I'm in mylars swrvwr, #5, but strong enough to be #4 but #4 is guild leader.

If you do want to run 3 supports than Kokuto is a much better choice than hach for this particular team.

Just something suggested to me. Trying to run a team that works well with hvi and can work well for both pvp and pve.

Three supports isn't something I'm set on, was suggested it and told that it would do pretty good. Just trying to build a team around hvi or sternritter. I wanna do good in pvp and pve.

Well in that cast if you want my suggestion  Go with  the current team of these HVI,BWB,,Shin Daiguren Tosh and the later Kokuto.
It will help you in PVP and PVE on top of this you can later on grab muken Aizen and replace toshiro with him later.
This team should work you well
P.S:SDT is Byaks speed bond so he wont go to waste in the end but still upto you if you want a temp partner of that price range.

Well, I'll have 350k gold (after all rebates) so Ill be able yo get hvi, bwb, tosh, kokuto, and jakka. And once I get muken replace toshi?

Honestly it is Up to you if you want to replace or not by seeing how your CSB goes and what you prefer the Muken part was mostly just an IF rather than a must as in PVP most things will Die to HVI with kokuto and BW byak buff in Void however running muken will give you quite the buff void.
Again in my opinion this team will be fine and get muken only if you think you need more damage in void but just remember that speed wise BWB>Daiguren tosh>HVI>Kokuto will do great.
P.S:now i think about it more KS may be a better choice over Muken in the end
