Why does my mugetsu deals so low dmg he has good stats, even kirinji somehow manages to deal more dmg then him

Ok so Damage against what exactly. ES and Ryoka,Void or PVP and if PVP against what kind of enemies and by any chance can you show these characters full details so we know the full stats and information.

It depends on many things as Sol said, explain further plz,

all i can see is u pinpoint on phys attk against strat attk; again so many patterns, for example a team where a high phys def and low strat def, kirinji will do more dmg, also remind me of the growth rates of both natural stats but also skill growth, and ur dmg rate on the tab u showed

kido def vs physical def...  plus you gotta check things like damage rate as well...

plus mug's skill is 190% and Tenjiro is 200%

Even basic attacks in PVE or PVP  they deal same dmg, i feel like this mugetsu is just a dissapointment i dont know why

I have every of those things in sight and his dmg just should be higher, for an example vs ryoka his skill deals 4-5m dmg, and kirinji's skill deal about 6m(190% vs 200% growth rate) but it shouldnt be that difference

Well Some Screenshots would help, but let me try to explain a bit from what i understand could possibly be the reason.
Mugetsus skill strikes in multiple waves while Kirinjis is a solid strike if you want to go by animation it is possible you counted wrong since it can happen given the case.
On top of that there exists variables mainly being Damage rate(Why i asked to see the full stats in details before),Crit and Kirinjis ignite which in PVE atleast gives him essentially a 400% Growth rate(Counting both rounds of ignite) however i doubt you were counting ignite so lets leave it at that. A SS of full details may help but Damage rate or you counting the muti hit from mugetsus skill wrong is a likely culprit.

also in pvp, kirinji is only going to hit a couple of people, and while the dmg is high it wont be higher than mugs as he hits all 5 with his skill. so single target kirinji will do more but overall mugs will do more against more people
