Ok so 250g gives u a chance to roll the selected dice. And then little mini Kon will move up the spaces as well? So there is no need for the 150g button. Hope I got this right.

yes, three ways to roll the dice . when the dice rolls mini-kon movies those spaces
- free chance, this you get every 12hrs of the first usage. right after using this there will be a cooldown which shows a time of 12hrs, you will get another free chance only when that timer hits 0
- reset the cooldown timer, this costs 150g i believe, when you do this you reset the timer to 0 and you get to roll as there the no CD, once u roll the dice the cool down starts as usuall.

the above two are random rolls, you cant select the number
- using the 250g option , you can select the number that you want to roll, this option wont affect the cooldown of ur freechance, this is a separate chance.

there is another event, forgot the name, its main reward gets activated when we complete 4 side quests, once it had 3-4 basic fury stones, had to spend around 400-500g for activating it provided one has 350 vitality to spend on one of its side quests.

but yeah this is a very good event to get the fury stones. are you going for the final reward ?

Edit: ok it was reio event. this was what i got last time "600 gold spent today, to get 8x lvl 4 basic fury stones in reio event"

Heh I will probably go for 12 fury stones just ones.. Cant spend more than that. But even that will allow me with those I already have to make bastardized 3x t1 fury in a team. Too bad I dont have stones or eq for 3 supports. T1 fury urahara + gin + shini urahara would be op

thanks a lot for the information. u seem very well verse with everything in the game. what level is ur character btw? im doing a wikia and im gonna need a lot of this kind of information. would love it if i can find some helping hand here in the forum
