Hello to make long short I log in after year of not playing bleach online and wanted to play in the last server i made top up which was EU500 server, but as i log in that it showed me character creation menu and i was lost like is this not the server i played so went to offgamers and looked at my purchase history and found that it was really server EU500 so i contacted bleach online customer support asking where did my character gone, i waited for whole day just for them answer and they ask me"Please send us your registering email address and your character name.and how long haven’t you login your character did your character above vip 0?" so i did againt after more than 24 hours i got answer from them that they will check it,I was thinking oh maybe in like 2-3 hours will take for them to look in to it
nah the next day i only got answer then thay started answer pretty quickly, and then they just didint even respond to me
i am waiting from monday morning for them to answer becouse i didint got it back and in that character i made around 45euros top-up so i want it back really bad

the same thing happen to me. i have no idea how to get my account back.

What level was your character? If your account was not developed enough, there is a good chance it was purged after a year of not playing.

this are the requirements you needed to fulfull 1 of these 3 to not get deleted

- Lvl not less then 50
- VIP Lvl 4 or higher
- not inactive for 3 months

I was vip 4 and level was higher than lvl 50 but it still got deleted

It was above level 50 and i was even vip4 yet thay still deleted my character

Whatever rythen listed may not be completely accurate as well. All the forum admin said in another post is that if you don't play for 3 months, your account will be deleted.

Level requirement may be higher.
