i dont see isane here?

more insight:actually i switched to toshiro from isane because he is stronger in general so that my dot from jakka raises,so i gained like 1 m of extra dmg.but isane never actually helped even with the buff.

Hmmmm.... Is there a cap on block rate for muken?
I have 108% of block stones on him but in details it wont show except 95.5%?
So asking here to clear doubts if there is a cap then i better move my block stones on somebody else.

caps at 90% BUT it raises over the 90% with mods and evos

Thank you then i will remove extra stones from muken and will give to main or some other partner.
I wish there was a way to break cap.

There is, if you have a partner that has a mod that exceed 90% cap block rate. OR sacrifice your mods and change them ALL to block.
