Not arguing but are we sure about that? I don't think it matters honestly as I think these guys are out of Korea, but I'd like official word just for my own benefit

He's actually been doing this since day 1 for S2. He is pretty much the resident troll of the server cause every night he picks someone else at random and starts harassing them. Also it's usually around the time for the events such as Guild Wars, Ryoaka, and Seireitei Protect. Not sure if he's doing it as much on a constant basis now as I've had him on black list.
