Either cash event (similar with Ultimate BP) or Honor Shop.

You're saying zanpakuto's skill or zanpakuto bonus?

If you're refer to zanpakuto bonus:
It does affect character's stat, only if situation that count reiatsu (arena, pve daily, etc).
Such as, if your reiatsu add 1000 to str, wis, agi, and your zanpakuto's amplify 125% reiatsu. You will have 1250 bonus on your attack, speed, physical def, and strategy def.
If you're refer to zanpakuto skill:
It is 8% of your total attack, depend on the situation (reiatsu or not).
For example, if you're doing palace, your total attack (vanguard attack, assaulter attack and supporter attack) is 10000, zanpakuto's skill will inflict 800 dmg to the enemy.
